Brian Christofer MacFadden's Obituary
Brain Christofer MacFadden, 40, of Sachse, Texas passed away Thursday, June 1st at 7:30 AM due to complications from kidney failure. He was born April 28, 1977 to parents Gary Bernarr and Jana Lynn Blevins MacFadden and sister Melody Nicole MacFadden in Dallas, Texas. He attended North Garland High School where he played the trumpet and was President of the North Garland Mighty Raider Band. After battling an infection that lead to Kidney failure, Brian began living with his parents, sister and nephews and nieces in Sachse, Texas. Being close to his family again brought much happiness to his life. Brian’s greatest joy was spending time with his niece and nephews. Austin, Cameron and Katelynn Allison spent every day with their beloved uncle, playing and learning. The three children were the center of his world. In his youth he was an accomplished trumpet player and continued playing into his adulthood. In his spare time he enjoyed car restorations, music and watching wrestling. Brian is survived by his parents, Gary and Jana of Sachse; his sister, Melody of Sachse; his nephews, Austin and Cameron Allison and niece, Katelynn Allison also of Sachse. He also leaves his maternal grandmother June Blevins of Duncanville; his aunts Carolyn Courtney of Paris, Paul Cutler of Galveston and uncle Steve Blevins of Midlothian. He is also survived by many close friends and extended family. Memorial arrangements are being handled by Restland Funeral Home of Dallas, Texas. Visitation hours will be Monday from 2:00 to 3:00 PM at Restland Funeral Home. The Memorial Celebration will be held on Monday at 3:00 PM in the Wildwood Chapel at Restland. In lieu of flowers the family is requesting donations be made to the National Kidney Foundation. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Avenue, at Restland Road, Dallas, TX 75243.
