Brighton Trowbridge's Obituary
Brighton Trowbridge, age 22, passed away on July 24, 2022 in Forney, Texas. She was born to Todd Trowbridge and Janet Trowbridge on February 13, 2000 in Dallas, Texas……
Brighton’s light shined bright from the moment that she made her appearance in this world. We knew instantly that we’d chosen the perfect name. She may have been tiny, but her sweet spirit could fill up a room. She battled kidney and heart disease – but you’d never know it when you saw her sweet, smiling face, or heard her undeniably infectious giggle. She was a fighter from the day she was born and showed the rest of us what it was like to be a true warrior. She left an indelible mark on the heart of every person she met. If you knew her, you knew that she always had the most beautiful nails, that she taught herself to do, and that she loved her fur babies, Starbucks, Dr Pepper and all things WWE.
She had a shirt and a custom tumbler that both said – “The devil whispered in my ear, you’re not strong enough to withstand the storm. Today I whispered in the devil’s ear – I am the storm.” And that she is. She leaves a legacy of love, strength, perseverance, endurance and joy that will live on for eternity.
Brighton will be lovingly remembered by her mother Janet Trowbridge, brothers, Trevor Smith (Darcy) and Daniel Trowbridge, her father Todd Trowbridge and wife Kathy, step-sister Kristen King, her devoted Nana & Papa, Tony and Bobbie Trowbridge, her aunt and uncle, David and Jenny Jones, and cousin Dylan Jones, her family in love, the Tiseos, as well as the countless other lives that she’s touched.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Make a Wish North Texas in her honor. Ntx.wish.org
