He is survived by his son, David Terrell and wife Vicki; 2 grandchildren, Misty Terrell Rupe and husband Bret and Chad Terrell; brother, Eugene Terrell; sister, Peggy Snider and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives.Service will be 10:00 AM, Saturday, May 16, 2009 in Restland Wildwood Chapel.
