Byron Fletcher Woolsey Jr., 90 of Garland Texas was born November 12,1930 in San Antonio, Texas to parents Byron and Juanita Woolsey.
He married Marilyn on August 20, 1954 in Denison, Texas.
Byron's greatest love was for his family. He looked forward to every birthday, holiday or any day he could be with his children and grandchildren. He was a talented carpenter. He made the most beautiful items and always gave them away. He loved his church and served faithfully for many years.
He served in the Army from 1951-1953 as a Combat Construction Specialist.
Byron is preceded in death by his wife, Marilyn Woolsey and youngest son, Ken Woolsey and sister Barbara-Ann.
He is survived by his sons, Mark and Don, daughters-in-law, Mary and Sonya, Five grandchildren; Trevor, Colleen, Ian, Evan and Noel; two great grandchildren Ephriam and Annabelle; three nephews, two nieces and their families.
