In Loving Memory of Our Father, Cao Nguyen
August 15, 1937 – May 24, 2025
Our beloved father, Cao Nguyen, passed away peacefully on May 24, 2025, surrounded by his family in Lewisville, Texas. He was 87 years old.
Born on August 15, 1937, Dad was a gentle and kind soul who lived life with warmth, humor, and grace. He brought joy to everyone he met. For many years, he called New Orleans home before moving to Texas to be closer to his children.
He was a devoted husband to our mother, Cuc, and a loving father to his six children and their spouses. Dad treasured his role as a grandfather to nine grandchildren and great-grandfather to four. The joy they brought him was immeasurable, and the love he gave in return was boundless.
Dad also shared a close and enduring bond with his two sisters, Bac Duyen and Bac Dung. Their love, support, and connection meant so much to him throughout his life.
He had a special gift for fixing just about anything—but more importantly, he had a heart full of patience, compassion, and love. His laughter, gentle spirit, and quiet strength shaped our lives in countless ways.
We will miss him deeply, but we are forever grateful for the many memories and the love he shared so generously. To have been loved by him was one of life’s greatest blessings.
