Carl Leon Williams' Obituary
Carl Leon Williams passed away December 8, 2016 at Medical City, Dallas, Texas. Carl was a well-respected principal in Dallas Independent School District (DISD) for over 21 years. His survivors include his wife of 63 years, Marie; brothers, J.W. (Esterlyn) Williams of Los Angeles, CA; and Leonard Williams of Dallas, TX; sister Linda Hardy of Dallas, TX; granddaughter, Felicia Martinez of Grand Rapids, MI; and a host of nieces, nephews and friends. Carl was preceded in death by his sons, Carl Dudley and Eric Leon Williams; his parents, Corine and Willie Odell Williams, brother, W.O. Williams and sister Opal Williams Jones. A wake will be held 6-8 p.m. on Friday, December 16, 2016 at Memorial Chapel at Restland Funeral Home. The funeral service will also be held at Memorial Chapel on Saturday, December 17, 2016 at 11:00 a.m.
