Carl Richard Blanchard's Obituary
Carl R Blanchard of Dallas passed away peacefully on Tuesday, November 22, 2016. He was born in Missouri and moved to El Dorado, Kansas of three months. Went through high school and graduated in 1943. Two weeks later was drafted into the Army until 1945. Retired from Associations now called Citicorp. Beloved father to Nancy and Scott, and husband of 70 years, Peggy. The family will greet friends on Sunday, November 27, 2016 from 3-5 PM at Restland Funeral Home. A memorial service will be held at 1 PM on Monday, November 28, 2016 at Ridgewood Park Methodist Church on Lovers Lane. Reception to follow. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted into Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Avenue, Dallas, Texas 75243.
