Mr. Carl Wayne Troyer, age 91, passed away peacefully on Saturday May 25, 2019, in Plano, Texas. He was born on November 6, 1927, to his loving and thoughtful parents in Kalona, Iowa. Mr. Carl Wayne Troyer will be sincerely missed by his loving family, his devoted friends and all the wonderful individuals who knew and loved him. At this time, a funeral service for Mr.Carl Wayne Troyer is scheduled for Saturday June 1, 2019 at First United Methodist Church – Carrollton at 1:00 pm. Visitation will be held on Friday May 31, 2019 from 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm at Restland Funeral Home.
