Carlton J. Bullard's Obituary
CARLTON, BULLARD J. Born July 4, 1925 in Alba, TX and passed away January 8, 2012 in Garland, TX. Carlton was a retired school teacher from the Wylie Independent School District and served in the Pacific Theater with the US Navy during WWII. He was a 32nd degree Mason and served on the Supreme Council in Dallas. He was a faithful member of Highland Oaks Church of Christ. He is preceded in death by his father, Harvey Bullard, mother Fannie Bullard and sister, DeRue Fischer. He is survived by his wife Bobbie Bullard, 3 Sons Jerry Bullard of Mesquite, TX, Terry Bullard of Richardson, TX , Mike Bullard of Garland, TX; 2 Daughters, Kim Mock of Lovington, NM and Charolette Wallin of Flower Mound, TX; 19 Grandchildren, 19 Great Grandchildren and 2 Great, Great Grandchildren. Family will receive friends on January 10, 2012 from 6-8PM at Restland Funeral Home. Service will be held on January 11, 2012 at 3PM at Highland Oaks Church of Christ, 10805 Walnut Hill Lane , Dallas, TX 75238. In Lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to The American Lung Association.
