He was preceded in death by his parents, Hazel and Howard Smith; daughter, Janet; wife, Audrey; granddaughter, Beverly and brother, Francis. Mr. Smith is survived by his daughter, Sharon Akin, Barbara Schrek and Lynda Walker and husband, Bob; 7 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
