Carne Cunningham's Obituary
Cunningham, Carne born November 3, 1920 in Saskatchewan, Canada to Ben and Grace Cunningham and passed away September5, 2012 in Dallas, TX. He is preceded in death by his parents Ben and Grace Cunningham. Carne is survived by his wife, Margery Cunningham; his son, Dan Cunningham and his wife, Doris Cunningham; Daughter, Molly Cunningham; his 2 grandchildren, Adrian Cunningham and his wife, Taylor Cunningham; Ashley DeVane and her husband, Ed DeVane also by his 3 great grandchildren. Carne graduated from Greenville College and received his commission as a Naval Officer in the U.S. Navy and served in the Pacific during WWII. He established the Cunningham Insurance Agency in Dallas in 1948 and operated it until his retirement. The agency continues to be operated in Dallas by his son Dan as a partnership. A Memorial Service will be held Monday, September 10, 2012 at 10:30 AM at The Walnut Hill United Methodist Church.
