Carol A. Gibson Gateley's Obituary
Carol Ann Gibson Gateley 77, passed away on May 20, 2024 in Plano, Texas. She was born on June 3,1946 in Dallas, Texas. In the earlier years, she attended Catholic School, later graduating from North Dallas High School, in 1964.
Carol was a devout, loving and caring wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She was a nifty homemaker with a natural knack to knit and sew. She loved playing board games with the kids, especially on their birthdays and at family gatherings.
She is preceded in death by her husband of 55 years, William Edward Gateley, Jr., father, Cecil Earl Gibson, mother, Angeline Marie Morale and sister, Mary Sue Gibson.
Carol is survived by daughter, Jennifer Gateley, grandsons, Devin and Clifton, granddaughters, Tashley, Mercedes and Brianna, five great grandchildren, sister and brother in law, Linda and David Whitley, sister, Kathy Hood and many nephew, nieces and cousins.
She is loved and will be missed by many.
