GILBERT, CAROL JEAN POFF Of Dallas, TX passed away February 9, 2012 at home with family after battling with cancer for 4 years. She is survived by husband, John Gilbert and their children: Bruce Gilbert of San Marcos, Jan Keeton of Royce City, Christi Erickson of Chandler, TX and Jason Gilbert of Dallas; 6 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. Visitation will be from 6:00PM – 8:00PM, Saturday, February 11, 2012 at Restland Funeral Home. Service will be 3:00PM, Sunday, February 12, at Restland Wildwood Chapel with Rev. Wayne Tommey officiating with interment immediately following.
