Carol Ann McMillen's Obituary
Carol Ann McMillen, age 70, of Garland, TX, passed away on October 10, 2024. She was born to Charles and Christine Thelitz. Carol married the love of her life, William McMillen, on June 10, 1972. Together, they built a beautiful family and shared a life filled with love and devotion.
Carol was a dedicated and loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She had a passion for helping with children’s activities at her church, including Vacation Bible School and summer lunch programs. Her kindness and generosity touched the lives of many in her community.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Christine Thelitz; her sister, Charlene Thelitz; and her granddaughter, Madeline Berger.
Carol is survived by her beloved husband, William McMillen; her daughter, Annette Berger; her son, William II (“Billy”) and his wife, Molly McMillen; and her cherished grandchildren, Olivia Berger, Maelisa, Moira, and Mikaelyn McMillen. She is also survived by her siblings, Christy Kongsataya, Carla Turner, Carl Thelitz, and Cathy Thelitz.
Carol’s warmth, compassion, and dedication to her family and community will be deeply missed. Her legacy of love and service will continue to inspire all who knew and loved her.
