Carol Moss' Obituary
Surrounded by her loved ones, Carol Moss passed away peacefully June 16, 2016, one month short of her 100th birthday. Mama Carol was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend. She lived everyday with a caring smile and hugs for everyone, usually with her signature pink outfit and lipstick to match. She always had a song in her heart and for everyone else. She is now singing with the angels and is reunited in heaven with Everett, the love of her life. A true Georgia peach in every sense of the word, she was born in Thomasville, Georgia and has lived in Dallas, Texas for the past 50 years. Carol is survived by her daughter, Sharon Moss and son-in-law, Marty Boikess; daughter, Ann Jamison and grandchildren, Chrissy Landes and husband, Matt, Scott Jamison and wife, Dawn, Mark Jamison and wife Shari, Lisa Short and husband Kevin, and Chuck Wood. She is also survived by nine great grandchildren, Lauren, Austin, Tyler, Will, Kylie, Ethan, Isabella, Preston and Chandler. The biggest thanks go to Timijuro “T” Broussard who lovingly and selflessly, was Carol’s companion, friend and caregiver for the past six years. Thanks to the loving hearts and hands of the staff and friends at Brookdale Lake Highlands. “You will never lose the one you love as long as you continue to love the one you lose.” Carol’s funeral service will be held Tuesday, June 21, at 1:00 pm at Highlands Christian Church, 9949 McCree Rd., Dallas, TX 75238. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted into Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Avenue, Dallas, Texas 75243.
