Carole Crabille's Obituary
Carole Crabille, a devoted and compassionate woman who spent her life in service to others, passed away peacefully on June 26, 2025, in Hot Springs Village, Arkansas, at the age of 95. She was born February 3rd, 1930, in Charlton, Iowa, and lived a life marked by faith, kindness, and unwavering dedication to her family and community. She was the youngest of ten children.
Though she never married, Carole poured her heart into caring for the loved ones in her household and was a constant source of support, love, and strength for those around her. She was a faithful member of The Church of Jesus Christ Latter-day Saints, where she served diligently as a Sunday school secretary, a Primary teacher, and a volunteer in the genealogy library. Her quiet but steadfast service touched countless lives throughout the years.
Education was important to her, and she earned a two-year college certificate. Always eager to help others, she also learned to read Braille so she could assist and work with individuals who were blind; just one of the many ways she exemplified compassion and selflessness in her daily life.
Carole is lovingly remembered by her nephew John Gibson and his wife Sharron of Caddo Mills, Texas; great-nephew Don Oliver and his wife Lisa of Hawkins, Texas; nieces Sandy Gibson and her husband Jeffrey of Leonard, Penny Gibson Lantham and her husband John of Blossom, Janet Kearton and Jean of Lakeland, Florida; nephew Robert Crabille; and Carolyn Kelley of Colorado, along with many other cherished nieces and nephews.
Her legacy of service, kindness, and faith will continue to live on in the hearts of those she served and loved.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, July 17th at 2:00pm in the serenity section of Restland Cemetery.
