SPRADLEY, CAROLINE ANN born May 4, 1940 in San Francisco, CA and passed away August 23, 2012 in Aubrey, TX. She was preceded in death by her parents and her life partner. She is survived by her friend, Jo Chanslor. Service will be held at 3:00 PM, Thursday, August 30, 2012 at Restland Abbey Chapel.
