Caryl Jean Veeder's Obituary
Veeder, Caryl Jean Wagoner ~ Passed away February 23, 2011 at 9:30 AM. while resting peacefully at her home with her husband and daughter at her side. Caryl is survived by her husband of 57 years, Robert Veeder; her son, Robin Veeder of Plano, TX; her daughter, Karen and husband Rodney Warlick of Dallas, TX; number one grandson, Connor Warlick of Dallas, TX; sisters, Iris Hille of Mason, OH, and Elizabeth Schulte of Fort Thomas, KY; and niece, Rose Willeumier of Rowlett, TX. Caryl’s love and compassion was exhibited by her devotion to her work as a nurse and as a case worker for the Texas State Commission for the Blind. She brightened the world with her love of painting, outgoing personality, wonderful laugh, being a friend to many, a nurse to all, a confidant, a teacher and a wonderful cook. Caryl wanted to thank everyone who has participated and shared in her life. She always felt that she had acquired something from everyone with whom she interacted. Memorial Services will be held 10:00 am Tuesday, March 1, 2011 in the Wildwood Chapel at Restland Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers Caryl had requested donations be given to the charity of your choice or the Mary Foster Lung Care Center at Baylor Hospital in care of Dr. Mark Millard.
