Born on January 12, 1935 in Dallas, TX and passed away in the presence of her family on February 4, 2009 in Farmers Branch, TX. She is survived by her husband, John T. Ivy Jr.; daughter, Janet Raburn and husband Louis; son, John T. Ivy III and wife Angie; four grandchildren, Natalie Holt and husband Damon, Travis Ivy, Meagan Ivy, and Dale Raburn; three great-grandchildren Makayla Holt, and Garrett and Wade Raburn; and two sisters, Wanda Green, and Ouida Patel. Visitation will be from 6 to 8PM Friday February 6, 2009 at Restland Funeral Home. Service will be at 10AM Saturday February 7, 2009 at First Baptist Church of Carrollton, 2400 N. Josey Lane.
