Cathryn Louise Keller's Obituary
e 92, born in Atlanta, TX, a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother, Cathryn passed away Sep. 3 in Ft. Worth. “K.E.” was preceded in death by her husband of 51 years, John G. Keller, Jr. and her daughter Kaye Keller Matsler. “K.E.”, as she was affectionately known, thrived on caring for her family. She was raised in Atlanta and started her family there, finally raising them through their teen years in Terrell, TX. There she taught school for many years and loved her 7th grade Texas History classes. K.E. was an avid reader and sports fan, who took special pleasure in watching her two boys excel in several sports. She loved Texas A&M, along with her family of Aggies: John ’36, sons John Clark ’62 and Jim ’63. She will be greatly missed by her 2 sons and their wives, 8 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren. Cathryn was laid to rest next to her beloved John in Restland in Dallas on Sept. 5.
