MCWHORTER, CECIL W. Born August 23, 1919 in Farmersville, TX and passed away December 26, 2006 in Athens, TX. Preceded in death by wife of 64 years, Lois P. McWhorter. Survived by 2 daughters, Brenda Moorehead and husband Jerry, Linda Crandall and husband Melvin; 2 son, Harold D. McWhorter, Danny Reed McWhorter and wife Mildred; 12 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; 4 great-great-grandchildren; 1 sister, Nina Williams; 2 brothers, Billy and Richard McWhorter; host of nieces and nephews and friends. Visitation will be from 6:30-8p.m. Thursday, December 28, 2006 at Restland Funeral Home. Services will be 1:00 p.m. Friday, December 29, 2006 at Restland Abbey Chapel.
