Cecil Raymond Palmer's Obituary
PALMER, CECIL RAYMOND was born to Garland and Pearl Palmer, March 25, 1930 and passed away September 22, 2013. He is survived by his wife, Dorothy Palmer; sons, Charles Palmer and wife, Paula; Thomas Palmer and wife, Mindy and Gary Palmer; grandchildren, Amy Ferguson and husband, Scott; Jill Daniel and husband, Jason; Audrea Slaughter, Jennifer Palmer, Connelly Palmer and Kaley Palmer; 6 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews and other family. Cecil married Dorothy on November 3, 1950 and worked for DP&L for over 40 years. Visitation will be from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Thursday, September 26, 2013 at Restland Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held Friday, September 27, 2013 at 12:30 PM at Restland Wildwood Chapel. Memorials may be made to American Heart Association.
