BELTRAN, CECILIA born November 22, 1922 in Kaufman, Texas has passed away December 16, 2012 in Dallas, Texas. She is survived by her husband, Gilbert S. Beltran; daughter and son-in-law, Michael and Sylvia Beavers; son and daughter-in-law, Isaac and Lynae Beltran; 4 grandchildren and 1 great-grandson. Visitation will be from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Tuesday, December 18, 2012 at Restland Funeral Home. Service will be held at 2:30 PM, Wednesday, December 19, at Restland Memorial Chapel.
