Celia Armendariz-Moreno's Obituary
Celia Armendariz-Moreno was born March 16, 1932 in Alpine, Texas and passed away on August 18, 2023 at the age of 91 in Rowlett, Texas. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, Alexander Sr. and eleven brothers and sisters. She is survived by two daughters, Celia Degelia and husband Gerry, Miriam and Freddy; son Alex Jr. and Sylvia; grandchildren Tiffeny and husband Steven, Christina and husband Charlie, Benjamin and wife Antonia, John Robert, Arthur, Crystal, Lily and husband Ivan, Alex; great grandchildren, Jordan and husband Laramie, Jackson, Isabella, Sophia, Piper, Wyatt, Elayna, Blake, Jazmin, Ivan, Amelia, Liliana; great-great grandson, Landry and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
She graduated from Howard Payne University. She was a lifelong Baptist and member of the First Baptist Church in Rowlett. She was an active member of the Woodmen of the World and the VFW Auxiliary.
Pallbearers will be her six grandsons, Steven, Charlie, Benjamin, John Robert, Arthur and Laramie.

Visitation for Celia Armendariz will be Wednesday, August 23, 2023 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Restland Funeral Home. A Service will be Thursday, August 24, 2023 at 10:00 AM in the Memorial Chapel at Restland Funeral Home.
