Ms. Chan Kwan, who celebrated 93 years on this Earth, passed away on November 20, 2020 in Garland, Texas.
Chan was born in Hong Kong on January 15, 1927 to Hei Kwan and Hang Ying Tsang.
She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
