Chantha Boulom's Obituary
Chantha Boulom was born in Sopmone, Laos on July 1, 1942, to Bao Bounthanh Boulom (father) and Englasy Boulom (mother). They have a total of seven children; four boys and three girls which all have passed except the youngest brother in Laos.He married Phan Boulom in 1966 in the Providence of Vientiane, Laos, then relocated to Dallas, Texas USA in 1980 with their four children: Simone Taylor, Somsy Boulom, Becky Boulom, and Somchanh (Baed) Boulom. Then came along their 12 grandchildren: Pamela, Jessica, Megan, Derrick, Tiffany, Madeleine, Preston, Kobe, Luke, Kyle, Josh, and Zane.In his leisure time, he loved to go fishing during his younger years, he loved to help out the Lao community as a Buddhist Sermon, and most of all, he loved to relax in his garden.He passed away on February 5, 2019, at 6:26 pm peacefully. He will always be in our hearts and memories forever. We will miss him deeply…Visitation will be held Saturday, February 16, 2019, from 1-4PM at Restland Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held Sunday, February 17, 2019, at 10 AM at Restland Funeral Home located at 13005 Greenville Ave Dallas, Texas 75243.
