My name is Ward Elliott. Charles and I were close friends for many years.
Charles was very generous with his driving skills. Many times when I was going to be late for work. I would call in a panic and he would drop everything and drive across town to get me to work on time. Many other days I was not late but needed a ride and he was willing to help get me to the job site. I owe a great deal to his generosity. Also he was a great personal friend.
