Charles "Mac" Armstrong's Obituary
Mac Armstrong passed away on July 2nd, 2023, with Connie, his loving wife of 70 years, by his side. He was 89 years old.
Mac graduated from North Dallas High School in 1951. He attended the University of North Texas in Denton. He served in the United States Army in West Germany. Mac was in the accounting profession for over 50 years in the Dallas area. He was a member of Highland Oaks Church of Christ. Mac was an enthusiastic and lifelong outdoorsman. He enjoyed hunting and fishing adventures from Texas to Alaska.
He was preceded in death by his daughter, Ann Glenn.
Mac is survived by his son, Chuck Armstrong and daughter-in-law Lynn; grandchildren, William Armstrong, Joey Glenn (wife-Valerie), Emily Askew (husband-Jim), Jonathan Glenn (wife-Diana), Jackson Armstrong and Alice Armstrong; sister, Mary Lou Maples; and four great-grandchildren.
There will be a Visitation beginning at 9:00am on Friday, July 14, 2023, at Restland's Wildwood Chapel, with Funeral Services to follow at 10:00am. Interment will immediately follow in the Highland Garden Section of Restland Cemetery.
