BALDWIN, CHARLES RAY Passed away on April 4, 2011 in Dallas, TX. Charles was born in Soper, OK on February 25, 1928. He is survived by his brother, Rod Baldwin and wife, Aleta of Mineola, TX; nieces, Kelly Longoria, Deborah Robinson and Sandra Cummins. Visitation and gathering will be held from 6:30 – 8:00pm on Tuesday, April 5, 2011 at Restland Funeral Home. Graveside service will be held at 1:00PM on Wednesday, April 6, 2011 at Soper Cemetery, Soper, OK.
