Charles Russell Ballard's Obituary
Charles Russell Ballard was born January 25th, 1942 in Waco, Texas. He passed away July 9th, 2016 in Dallas, Texas. Charles’ father was in the Army and they lived in Texas, Georgia and Kansas. He graduated from Junction City Kansas High School in 1960 and attended the University of North Texas in Denton, Texas. He worked in specialized trucking for 38 years. Charles is preceded in death by his mother Rachel Armetta Ballard, father Charles John Ballard, and his two sons Charles Russell Ballard and Justin William Ballard. Charles is survived by his family Mike, Charlene, Callie and Cathryn Murphy, as well as Christin and Jason Markham and his many, many friends whom he loved dearly. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted into Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Avenue, Dallas, Texas 75243.
