Charles was the best brother two girls could have. Even though there was a wide age gap, he was our hero. I still have the teddy bear he gave me when I was 3 years old. It shows the sutures down it's back after being hung on the fence in the rain. Charles carefully sewed it up for me and mended my broken heart. I wish he could mend my broken heart today. I miss him terribly. He will always be my hero and big brother. Kitty
I knew Charlie from high school. I remember him being on the football team and although I only saw him a few times through the years, usually with Glen and Bobby, he remained the same sweet man he had always been. He had such a nice smile. My prayers for his family to have strength and peace in the coming days.
