Carolyn, I am sorry to hear of the loss of your husband, Charlie. You may remember me, I am the nurse from Dr. Gray’s office who helped you when the both of you stepped forward to help Kwami. What a gift from God you were to a family that desperately needed help. Charlie is now reaping his reward. Prayers are with you, Ellen Colgin.
Heaven has gained a special angel! Mr. Foley was the kindest substitute teacher in KellerISD and will be forever missed by Fossil Ridge HS students and faculty! Our hearts go out to the Foley family and friends. God bless. We will forever be thankful for Mr. Foley teaching us how to be great people with respect for this world and others .??
Mr. Foley was a kind-hearted man who knew how to engage with his students. He commanded respect and granted it in turn, he was fair, and he was available to his students. He will be sorely missed.
Mr. Foley was my Substitute teacher many times when I was in highschool at Fossil Ridge. When I walked into the room and saw Mr. Foley, I knew it was going to be a good class period. Memories I will cherish will be how happy he would get to tell us a joke or a story before every class day. It was something I looked forward to even though they weren’t the funniest jokes lol You laughed along because it made him feel good and his genuine happiness after getting few laughs out of his students was by far the sweetest most purest forms of joy I had the pleasure of witnessing. Mr. Foley will be missed and never forgotten. My condolences to his family.

Mr. Foley was by far the favorite substitute teacher at Fossil Ridge. The faces of students brightened when they passed Mr. Foley in the hall or had him as a sub. He will be missed.
Mr. Foley was a kind and amazing man. I enjoyed getting to know him at Keller ISD. He will be missed.
