Charles Jerry Fuller, age 84, was born to loving parents, Gerald Eugene Fuller and Era C. Fuller on August 26, 1933 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He passed away on the afternoon of Friday, June 29, 2018 in Dallas, Texas. Charles proudly served in the United States Army.
