Charles David Huffman's Obituary
Charles “Chuck” Huffman, 85, of Gun Barrel City, Texas, passed away peacefully on June 2, 2026. He was born on July 19, 1940, in Tahlequah, Oklahoma, the first child of Kenneth and Effie Huffman.
Chuck honorably served his country in the United States Air Force for four years. Following his military service, he and his beloved wife, Pat, made their home in Garland, Texas, where Chuck began a long and dedicated career with Texas Instruments. He worked there until his retirement in 2008.
In 2010, Chuck and Pat relocated to Gun Barrel City, Texas, where they enjoyed their retirement years together.
Chuck was preceded in death by his son, Brian Keith; his daughter, Debbie; his parents, Kenneth and Effie Huffman; and his loving wife, Pat.
He is survived by his sister, Vicki Mohn of Westbrook, Connecticut.
Chuck’s life was marked by service, hard work, and devotion to those he loved. He will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by all who knew him.
