Charles A. Lincoln Jr.'s Obituary
Charles Albert Lincoln Jr. of Richardson, Texas peacefully passed away January 28, 2021 in Richardson, Texas. He was born on September 13, 1936 to Charles A. Lincoln, Sr. and Johanna M. Lincoln in Brooklyn, New York. He grew up in Oradell, New Jersey. He married Sally Ann Hutcheson on October 29, 1960 in Scarsdale, New York.
Charlie was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. He cherished his family and treasured the times the family could gather for vacations and celebrations. He loved all sports especially hockey, and watching his children and grandchildren participate in all their
activities. Charlie loved the outdoors, and after a 41-year career with Dixie Food Service, he enjoyed traveling, including visits to many national parks. Longtime member of Saint Barnabas Presbyterian Church in Richardson, Charlie volunteered and served as trustee. He also
volunteered and served as chapter president for the Dallas chapter of Mended Hearts.
Charlie is preceded in death by his mother, his father, and his sister, Joan Willman. He is survived by his wife Sally, his children and their spouses, Steven Lincoln (Amy), Karl Lincoln (Barbara), Susan Moore (Tom), and Thomas Lincoln (Pam), 12 grandchildren, and 2 greatgrandchildren. Charlie will be remembered for his strong faith, his warm friendliness, and his quick wit.
