LOCKE, SR., CHARLES RAY Charlie (Pops) was born on February 23, 1933 in Erath County and passed away July 1, 2007 in Dallas. He was a loving father, a great friend to many and a wonderful man. His sense of humor and love of music, and people will never be forgotten and will carry all of us who knew him every day. He has gone to see old friends and his mother again. He is survived by daughters, Becky Locke and Melissa Locke; son, Chuck Locke; daughter-in-law, Paige Baten Locke and step-granddaughter, Katie Leigh Baten.
