MILLIGAN, CHARLES CLYDE Born May 6, 1931 in Dallas, TX and passed away May 3, 2007 in Addison, TX. Charles, who loved his country, retired from the U.S. Army. Preceded in death by son, Stephen Milligan. Survived by daughter, Carrol Goode; sons, David Milligan, Michah Milligan, and Jason Milligan; sister, Edna Milligan; brothers Chris Milligan, Kenneth Milligan; and many grandchildren. Visitation is Sunday May 6th, 2007 from 2:00-4:00 PM at Restland Funeral Home. Graveside service will be Monday May, 7 at 10:30 AM at Restland Memorial Park. Donations may be made to Disabled Vetarans Assoication 3725 Alexandria Pike, Cold Spring, KY 41076.
