Charles Wayne Napper's Obituary
Napper, Charles Wayne, 92, passed away October 28, 2017, in Centralia, Washington. He was born the second of eight children on October 7, 1925, in Dallas, Texas to James Lee and Zella Mae Napper. He was preceded in death by his wife of 35 years, NoreneNapper, all seven siblings, son Charles Kenneth Napper, son Roger Dale Napper, and granddaughter Acacia Cleri. He is survived by his oldest son and daughter-in-law, Gary and Beth Napper and their children Norene and Lillian of Dallas, Texas; granddaughter Beth and her husband, Dustin Heitmann and their children Pierce and Charles of Houston, Texas; granddaughter and son-in-law Rachel and Bart Exposito of Santa Fe, New Mexico; and granddaughter and son-in-law Regina and Travis Shelton and their children Donovan and Gideon of Leander, Texas and many nieces and nephews. Charles attended Crozier Tech High School in Dallas, Texas and served in the United States Navy in the South Pacific during World War II. Following his service, he owned a construction and development company in Dallas, where he worked with his sons and family. After retirement, he made Washington state his home.
