PRESTON, DR. CHARLES M. born April 16, 1925 in Buenos Aires, Argentina and passed away March 21, 2013 in Dallas, Texas. He was preceded in death by his son, Ray. Dr. Preston is survived by his wife, Ruby and daughter, Donna Preston. Memorial services will be held at 11:00AM, Monday, March 25, 2013 at Restland Memorial Park.
