Charles Edward Richter's Obituary
RICHTER, CHARLES EDWARD born Feb. 4, 1922 and died May 20, 2013. Mr. Richter was a retired Dentist and had served in the U.S. Army and in the U.S. Airforce. He was preceded in death by his wife, Laverne. Charles is survived by a son; Steven Richter; daughter; Rochelle Richter; 7 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Friday, May 24, 2013 in the Restland Funeral Home and a celebration of his life will be at 3:00 PM Saturday, May 25, 2013 in the Restland Abbey Chapel.
