SUNNYVALE, TX- Shepherd, Charles. 64, was born to parents Marshall Shepherd and Mattie Alexander on November 2, 1953 in Canyon, Texas. He passed away on February 26, 2018 in Dallas, Texas. Services will be held for Mr. Shepherd at 10:00 am on Saturday, March 10, 2018 at the First United Methodist Church, located at 300 North Galloway Avenue, Mesquite, Texas 75149. He will be deeply missed by his family, friends and all who knew and loved him.Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Cemetery, 13005 Greenville Avenue, at Restland Road, Dallas, TX 75243, (972-238-7111).
