He will be sincerely missed by his loving family, devoted friends, and all the wonderful individuals who knew and loved him.Memorial Services for Mr. Charles Smoots will be held on Wednesday, October 16, 2019 at 11:00 am in the Restland Memorial Chapel at Restland Funeral Home located at 13005 Greenville Ave., Dallas, Texas 75243.
