Loving and devoted husband and father. Born on June 13, 1943 in Dallas, TX and passed away on January 24, 2008 in Plano, TX. Charles was a proud veteran that served his country in the U.S. Army. He is survived by his wife of 34 years, Kay Williams; sons, Justin Newell, Jason Williams, and Nathan Williams; 2 brothers, Glenn Williams and Mike Williams; and grandchildren, Isabella Williams and Jared Williams. Charles was a good man who cared deeply for his family.
