Charles Edmond Womack, 86, was born Nov. 28, 1932, to Earl Womack and Jennie Watson in Lamar, Texas, and passed away on Feb. 27, 2019, in Denison, Texas. Charles was retired from Texas Power and Light. Charles Edmond Womack will be sincerely missed by his loving family, his devoted friends and all the wonderful individuals who knew and loved him.
