BLEVINS JR., CHARLIE R. Charlie Blevins of Plano, Texas passed away peacefully on December 30, 2006. He was born April 20, 1921 in Austin, Texas. He is survived by his loving wife of 56 years, Frances; daughter and son-in-law, Melissa and Fermin Sandoval; granddaughter, Victoria Sandoval; sister and brother-in-law Rosalee and Melvin Clearman, Austin, Texas; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents. Charlie retired from Allied Finance Company after 37 years of service. Services will be held 2:00 PM, Tuesday, January 2, 2007 at Christ United Methodist Church, 3101 Coit Rd., Plano, TX. 75075. If desired, memorials may be made to the Christ United Methodist Church, Plano or the charity of your choice.
