Charlie Max Hill Jr.'s Obituary
Charles M. Hill of Grand Prairie died Friday January 29. He was born to Charles and Georgia Hill on September 22, 1940 in Dallas. Upon graduation from Crozier Tech High School, he enlisted in the Marine Corps, whose motto Semper Fi, remained with him all of his life. Charles was a salesman in the material handling business for many years. He is survived by his wife of seventeen years Barbara and his two daughters: Denise Newman and husband Ken of Colorado Springs; Michele Privett and husband Jody of McKinney; stepdaughters: Shannon Miller, husband Michael, and Alison Hodges, husband William; grandchildren: Mark and Lesley Ann Golden and Tyler and Trevor Privett He was preceded in death by a daughter, Debra. He will be missed greatly by all his friends, business associates, and canine companions. Visitation will be from 6 to 8:00 pm Monday, Feb 1 at Restland Funeral Home & Memorial Park @ 13005 Greenville Ave. Services to be held on Tuesday at 12:30 pm at the Wildwood Chapel at Restland.
