PRICE, JR.,CHARLIE Born September 14, 1925 in Tyler, TX and passed away August 4, 2009 in Cedar Hill, TX. He is preceded in death by his wife, Ella Mae Price. Charlie is survived by 4 sons, George Price and wife, Avaline, Charlie Louis Price and wife, Fatimah, Melvin Price and wife, Sonja, and Phillip Price; 13 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. Service will be 3:00 PM, Friday, August 7, 2009 at Restland Wildwood Chapel.
