I have so many good memories of my association with Charlottte. I have been her CPA since 1990. I was so sorry to read in the Dallas Morning News of her death. I grew up on Merrell across the street from Charlotte. My Mother Pat Grisham just died Oct. of 2014. Mom and Charlotte were the last two grand dames of Merrell Road. Charlotte was undoubtedly one of the nicest people I've ever known. Cared so much for her neighborhood. Grieved so much I am sure when many of the original friends/neighbors passed away over the years. So loyal. And so vigilant. Who needed the cops when Charlotte was around? With Mom's and Charlotte's deaths …… Merrell Road now officially passes on to a new generation. No one will ever appreciate it's rich history – populated by so many great people like Charlotte. Many of us knew Charlotte when she worked in the Braniff reservations office in Dallas. She was such a delightful lady, who was always interested in each person she met. We have very fond memories of her. My condolences and prayers are with her family and friends.
