Charlotte " Nanny" Anita Watson's Obituary
Charlotte Anita Watson, affectionately known as “Nanny”, passed away Early Sunday morning, October 29,2017. She was born on Christmas Day, 1936 to Leslie Graham and Mary Evelyne (McKee) Gross in Dallas. She lived a wonderful 80 years.She was a beloved employee and the glue of The Figaro Company, retiring after 35 years. She loved her family and the Dallas Cowboys and her scratch off lottery tickets. She will forever be remembered for her kind heart, great cooking and the never ending love she gave family and friends alike. She accepted the Lord as her Savior in October of this year. She is proceeded by husbands, C.W.(Pat) Watson and James (Bobo) Holcomb and numerous brothers and sisters. She is survived by her sister Lou Taylor and her three children. Danny Watson, Pamela Watson Woodham, and Jack Watson. Grandchildren; Catherine, Jeromy, Joshua, Jordan, Jaime, Wesley, Christopher and Heather. She is also survived by many great grandchildren.Pall bearers for the service will be Jeromy Woodham, Joshua Woodham, Christopher Watson, Wesley Locklin, Michael Arnett, Bryan Nall.The family will receive friends from 2-4:00 pm, Sunday, November 5, 2017 at Restland Funeral Home. Please stop by the reception desk and the funeral home staff will escort you back to the state room.The service will be at 2:30 pm, Monday, November 6, 2017 at Restland Funeral Home in the Memorial Chapel. Following the service, there will be a short procession to Restland Memorial Park where Ms. Watson will be laid to rest beside her husband Pat Watson in the Garden of the Cross.
