I have had the privilege of working with Charlotte's husband, Robbie (Clarence) for many years. in recent years, my husband and I would meet Charlotte and Robbie for breakfast at Judy's restaurant each Saturday, to exchange paperwork. It was at these meetings that I grew to love and admire her. She was a very special lady, with a winning smile, and will be greatly missed.
